Overview

The Marvel Scientific SA24RAS is an ADA height compliant undercounter all refrigerator with an externally mounted temperature display and user interface. It features the Marvel Scientific exclusive MicroSentry™ II Scientific temperature controller for accurate temperature control and an advanced forced air evaporator system for superior temperature uniformity throughout the interior.

The SA24RAS is also front vented, permitting it to be built into casework or installed under lab benches without the need for additional ventilation clearance.

Door-front mounted MicroSentry™ II Scientific refrigeration controller provides:

• Accurate electronic temperature control of contents within +1°/ -2°C of set point
• Recommended ambient temperature 18.3°C to 32.2°C (65°F to 90°F)
• Large, easy-to-read digital temperature display with resolution to 0.1°C
• User selectable temperature set point between 1°C and 7°C, factory preset to 4°C
• User selectable high and low temperature alarm values
• User selectable alarm delay time period
• Visual and audible alarms for over temperature, under temperature, and door ajar events
• Alarm silence and automatic ring back functions
• Keypad lock-out to prevent unintended control inputs
• Basic high and low temperature logging with reset capability
• Visual diagnostic error codes

Additional features include:

• Advanced forced air evaporator system design with optimized interior cooling air distribution
• 3 full depth perforated metal shelves, cantilever mounted on the rear wall of the interior, adjustable in 1.5 inch increments
• “Box Style” door for easy mounting of inventory management system hardware
• Forced air condenser, is front vented through the toe space grill for true built-in installations
• Powerful compressor for fast pull-down time and temperature recovery after door opening or commodity loading
• Automatic defrost without heat cycle
