Initiate Your Request
Log into your Homogenizers account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique RMA number.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
